Women's Tennis Falls to Goldey-Beacom, 8-1

WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Claire Uhle and Maddy Shaak remained unbeaten in the spring at first doubles, but host West Chester dropped a non-conference women's tennis match to visiting Goldey-Beacom, 8-1, Thursday afternoon on South Campus.

West Chester (3-6) received an 8-5 win from Uhle and Shaak at first doubles for its lone win of the afternoon against Goldey-Beacom (12-2).

West Chester opens Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Eastern Division play next Tuesday at home against East Stroudsburg.
