Matt Wiseley (Emmaus, Pa./Emmaus) recorded a team-high 19 points and 17 rebounds for his 10th double-double of the season to lead No. 21 West Chester over Millersville 83-61 inside Pucillo Gymnasium Saturday afternoon.
At the start of the second half is where the game changed as WCU went on an 11-2 run to go ahead by 14 points and eventually go up by a game-high 20 points with 15 seconds left.
The Golden Rams (21-4, 17-4 PSAC), with the 18-point victory have clinched a first-round bye heading into the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Tournament. Millersville (3-21, 3-17 PSAC) went on a 13-0 run to take a five-point advantage, after falling down as much as eight points to WCU in the early moments.
Mike Wilson (Philadelphia, Pa./Martin Luther King) came off the bench shooting 4-for-5 and a perfect 3-for-3 from beyond the arc for 11 points in the first half for his only points of the game to help his team re-take the lead and keep it with a five-point lead heading into the break. The team shot an amazing 62.5 percent from 3-point range throughout the first 20 minutes of the game and to hang on to the lead going into the second half of play.

Malik Jackson (Lansdowne, Pa./Penn Wood) poured in 13 more points and added two steals in the victory. Teammate

Tyrell Long (Philadelphia, Pa./Bishop McDevitt) added 10 points.
Marauders' Shawn Williams inputted a team-high 21 points and 12 rebounds for a double-double, to go with three assists and three steals in the loss.
West Chester concludes its regular-season at Kutztown this Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in a winner-take-all showdown. Both teams stand at 17-4 in conference play heading into Wednesday's battle.
