WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Four different goal scorers painted their names in the scorebook Wednesday afternoon, leading 12th-ranked West Chester University to a 4-0 win over visiting Mansfield in a PSAC women's soccer match at Rockwell Field.
West Chester (7-0-0, 7-0-0 PSAC) remains perfect on the season and in conference play while Mansfield falls to 1-4-1 overall and 1-4-0 in the league.
Scarlet Walsh (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) got the Golden Rams on the board early with a tally in the 21st minute. It was her team-leading fourth marker of the season.
Kara Parvel (Whitehall, Pa./Whitehall) doubled the home team's advantage nine minutes later off an assist from
Jenny Bail (Carlisle, Pa./Cumberland Valley), who would later score a goal herself and finish the day with three points.
Bail notched her third tally of the year in the 77th minute to give the hosts a 3-0 lead, before Taylor Jamison (Honey Brook, Pa./Twin Valley) closed out the scoring five minutes later.
Alex Srolis (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown East) was called upon to make one save in 82 minutes of work. Freshman

West Chester outshot Mansfield by a whopping 17-1 margin and held a 5-1 advantage in corner kicks.
