WEST CHESTER, Pa. –
Leandra Roelker (Allentown, Pa./Salisbury) picked up a 7-5, 6-1 win at No. 2 singles in the final match of the day to lift host West Chester to a 5-4 victory over St. Thomas Aquinas College (STAC) Wednesday afternoon on South Campus.

West Chester took second and third doubles to lead 2-1 heading into singles play. The Golden Rams then fell behind, after STAC won the first two singles matches to finish. However,
Julia Mowrey (Bethlehem, Pa./Notre Dame) evened things up with a victory at fifth singles, 6-3, 6-3.

Following a win by STAC at third singles,
Rylee Power (Newtown Square, Pa./Marple Newtown) and Roelker rallied the Golden Rams for a come-from-behind victory. Power was a 6-4, 6-2 winner at first singles.
