COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – West Chester University's men's indoor track & field squad completed competition at the Frank Colden Invitational on the campus of Ursinus College Saturday afternoon.

D'Andrew Gursay (Levittown, Pa./Conwell-Egan) was the lone winner for the Golden Rams Saturday. He placed first in the triple jump with a leap of 45 feet, 0 ½ inches. West Chester also had a pair of runner-up performances on the track and a third-place showing in the long jump.

Jim McDaid (Atlantic City, N.J./Mainline Regional) was runner-up in the 400m, the first of four Golden Rams to place among the top eight. He posted a time of 52.11 seconds. Fourth was
Shawn Young (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks West) (52.58), seventh was
Ghassan Dix (Upper Darby, Pa./Upper Darby) (52.94) and eighth
Ray Harris (Chester, Pa./Cardinal O'Hara) (52.95).

DeShaun Pickett (Philadelphia, Pa.) finished second in the 60m dash in a time of 7.00 flat. Meanwhile,
Ryan Heimbach (Collegeville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) placed fourth in the 60m hurdles in 8.89 seconds.
Andrew Dombrowiecki (Ocean Twp., N.J./Ocean Twp.) placed sixth in the 5000m (16:09.25) while
Josh Coakley (Honey Brook, Pa./Twin Valley) was sixth in the 800m (2:01.89).

Nick Robinson (Aston, Pa./Tatnall) placed sixth in the shot put, putting it 44 feet, 9 ½ inches.
Joe Adighibe (Collegeville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) was third in the long jump with a leap of 21-2 at his hometown facility.
Brady Thayer (Hanover, Pa./South Western) was right behind him in fourth (21-1 ½).

West Chester is back in action next weekend when the Golden Rams at the Fast Track National Invitational at the Ocean Breeze Track & Field Complex on Friday night, before traveling to the Monmouth Invitational on Saturday in West Long Branch, N.J.
