WEST CHESTER, Pa. – The nation's top-ranked team, West Chester, is also the regular-season champions in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) and with that distinction comes the privilege of hosting the PSAC Tournament semifinals and finals Friday, Nov. 8 and Sunday Nov. 10.

Friday's semifinals pits the host Golden Rams against fourth-seeded Kutztown at 1 p.m. at Vonnie Gros Field on the campus of West Chester University. The other semifinal gets under way at 3:30 p.m. and will feature second-seeded East Stroudsburg against sixth-seeded Millersville. The PSAC Championship Game will take place on Sunday, Nov. 10 at 12:05 p.m. and will be televised live on Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN).

Tickets to the PSAC Field Hockey Tournament can be purchased on the day of the games at the entrance to Vonnie Gros Field. Tickets are priced at $10 for adults, $5 for students and students from PSAC member institutions with a valid ID are admitted free. No comp tickets are available. Only PSAC passes will be honored.

HOW THEY GOT HERE …
West Chester (18-0, 10-0), the top seed in the tournament, was the regular-season champion and earned a first-round bye into the semifinals. The Golden Rams capped the first known undefeated and untied regular season in school history last Saturday with a 7-2 win over Mansfield on Senior Day at Vonnie Gros. This marks the second straight year in which West Chester has hosted the PSAC postseason tournament. Head coach Amy Cohen's charges enter the tournament as the two-time defending conference champions looking to make it a Three-Peat in 2019.

West Chester's season-finale victory over Mansfield was the 25th consecutive home win, dating back to early October 2017. The Golden Rams have not lost at home in over two-and-a-half years.
