WEST CHESTER, Pa. - West Chester University women's basketball will face Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference contenders in No. 9-ranked California University of Pennsylvania and Slippery Rock University in Hollinger Field House at 5:30 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday.

Kiera Wooden enters the weekend with a 97-56 career record as a college head coach, leaving her three wins away from the coveted 100-win mark. All of Wooden's college head coaching career, which began in 2015, has been with the Golden Rams.

Friday's matchup against the Vulcans will not be easy for the Golden Rams as Cal comes to town with an 8-1 record. The Vulcans are led by senior guard Monica Burns, who's averaging a team-high 16.6 points per game with a team-high 23 three-pointers made.

Senior Brooke Hinderliter and The Rock visit Hollinger on Saturday. Slippery Rock is 2-7 on the year. Hinderliter leads the PSAC with 57 free throws made, and she's making them at a rate of 89.1 percent.
