GREENSBURG, Pa. - West Chester University women's volleyball lost at Seton Hill in five sets in its first Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference match of the season.

The Golden Rams (12-2 overall, 0-1 PSAC) and Griffins (5-4, 1-0) went back and forth as the set scores were 12-25, 25-21, 18-25, 25-18, 10-15.

How it happened:

- West Chester trailed the entire first set as Seton Hill took an 11-3 lead and never looked back.
- The Golden Rams pulled off an incredible comeback in the second set, scoring 17 of the last 22 points after trailing 16-8.
- The third and fourth sets were close throughout. A kill by WCU freshman Hailey Lewis (Downingtown, Pa. / Downingtown) sent the match into the deciding fifth set.
- The Golden Rams won five of the final nine points in the match, but they could not overcome the 11-5 lead Seton Hill built in the set.

- Senior Rachel Robb (Blackwood, N.J. / Paul VI) recorded nine kills with a .364 hitting percentage and five block assists.
- Graduate student Shaye Whiteman (Gettysburg, Pa. / Gettysburg) had a season-high 29 digs as well as a team-high three service aces.
- Freshman Jillian Borgerding (Highlands Ranch, Colo. / Highlands Ranch) posted a career-high 46 assists.Â
