Â
The visiting Millersville Marauders come into the quarterfinal matchup with a 12-5-0 regular season record, as well as coming off a three-game winning streak to end the year. West Chester heads into to the PSAC Quarterfinals with an 11-2-2 regular season record, with two of those wins over Millersville back in September and October.
Â
Each matchup in the regular season was very evenly matched between these two teams, as Millersville always puts up a fight. Leading goal scorers in those games were
Doug Goitia (Mount Pocono, PA / Pocono Mountain East), Ryan Keenan (Bethlehem, PA / Northampton), and
Austin Eveland (Kennett Square, PA / Kennett), who all are looking to show similar results in the Tuesday clash.
Â
Junior goalkeeper
Daniel Good (Exton, PA/Downingtown East) has been outstanding this season as well between the posts. He won back-to-back PSAC Defensive Athlete of the Week accolades in October.
Â
The winner of West Chester-Millersville contest advances to the PSAC Semifinals, held at the site of the highest remaining seed out of the Western Division following the quarterfinals.
