WEST CHESTER, PA - West Chester University has announced a few scheduling changes for both its baseball and softball squads over the next two weeks.
The softball team is hosting East Stroudsburg University in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) doubleheader on South Campus Tuesday, April 20 with first pitch of game one set for 1 p.m. However, due to predicted inclement weather in Mansfield on Wednesday, April 21, West Chester's softball team will not be playing that twinbill against the Mountaineers and will have to reschedule. No date for that reschedule has been set.
The baseball team will travel to East Stroudsburg on Tuesday to play a conference doubleheader against the Warriors. First pitch for game one is set for 12 p.m. West Chester and East Stroudsburg will conclude their four-game season series next Tuesday, April 27 at Maple Zone Sports Complex. That will also be a noon-time start.
Both teams are still scheduled to play Kutztown in conference doubleheaders this weekend.
