MANSFIELD, PA - West Chester University's baseball doubleheader at Mansfield University, originally scheduled for Saturday, Mar. 19, has been postponed until Sunday, March 20 and will be moved to Corning Community College in Corning, N.Y. Start time remains 12 p.m. for the twinbill.
Mansfield moved the games to Sunday due to the expected weather rolling through their area on Saturday. Corning Community College has a turfed field that would still be playable on Sunday following the weather in the northern part of the state.
West Chester and Mansfield will play one 9-inning game at Serpico Stadium on Friday beginning at 2 p.m. to open the three-game Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division series. The doubleheader at Corning CC in New York on Sunday will conclude that series.
