Three Golden Rams Named IWLCA All-America

NORTHBOROUGH, MASS – West Chester's Keri Barnett (Glenolden, Pa./Archbishop Carroll), Hannah Stanislawczyk (Mohnton, Pa./Gov. Mifflin) and Grace Frasso (Cinnaminson, N.J./Cinnaminson) were each named All-America by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) it was announced Thursday afternoon.
 
The IWLCA has named the 48 student-athletes who were selected for one of the 2022 Division II All-American teams – honorees are divided into first, second, and third teams. The IWLCA All-Americans represent 21 different institutions and are the best athletes in our game this year.
 
Barnett and Stanislawczyk were each named to the second team squad while Frasso was a third-team honoree. All three are making their initial appearance on an All-America team.
 
Stanislawczyk, a two-time IWLCA all-region pick, led the team in goals (81) and ranked third in scoring (90) while ranking second in the league and 11th in the nation in goals scored. The midfielder ranks eighth in the PSAC and 35th in the nation in points and leads the team with eight game-winning goals. She took 142 shots and put 82 percent of them on cage. Stanislawczyk scored 22 free position goals and placed third on the team with 85 draw controls while causing 14 turnovers.
 
Barnett and Stanislawczyk make up the most talented midfield in the PSAC. Barnett finished second on the team in goals scored with 78 and was second on the team in scoring and seventh in the PSAC with 94 points. The local product had one game-winning goal while her 48 ground balls were second on the team. Additionally, her 98 draw controls led the squad. Her 34 caused turnovers was third on the team. Barnett scored at least one goal in each game this season.
 
Frasso provided stability in the defensive zone and speed in transition during the clearing game. Her efforts were rewarded with her selection to the All-America squad. Frasso led the team with 57 ground balls and was second with 87 draw controls. She was second on the team in caused turnovers and fourth in the PSAC with 42.
