WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Connor Noble (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown West) earned Don Hansen Football Gazzette Division II Honorable Mention All-America honors for the second consecutive year after another excellent season in 2024.
This is just the latest postseason honor for Noble, who was also recognized as a First Team All-Conference and D2CCA First Team All-Region honors earlier this year. Noble was also recognized Academically as a Philly-SIDA Academic All-Area selection.
Noble, was the anchor of West Chester's defense, which dramatically improved as the year progressed. He finished the 2024 season with a career-high 117 tackles and intercepted two passes while forcing two fumbles. He ranked second overall in the PSAC in tackles while leading the Eastern Division in stops. That total was good for fourth in all of Division II. His 79 assisted tackles were second overall in the PSAC and rank third all-time at WCU. Had the middle linebacker had one more regular-season game, he very well could have broken that record. He was credited with three QB hurries.
