MEET RESULTS
COLLEGEVILLE, PA –
Caroline Cascadden (Ashburn, Va.) and
Sarah Eskew (Pittsburgh, Pa.) were each double winners leading visiting West Chester to a 193.550-189.300 victory over homestanding Ursinus in a women's gymnastics dual meet Sunday afternoon.

Cascadden won the balance beam and the floor exercise while Eskew claimed top honors on the vault and tied for the top spot on the uneven bars. West Chester scored over a 48.000 in all four events in eclipsing a 193 total for the third time this year.

Cascadden tied her career high on the floor exercise with a 9.85 that was good for first place in that event. Rodriguez was second on the floor with a 9.775. That score was part of her all-around score of 38.45 which is a new season best for the junior gymnast.
Kiley Fred (Highland Mills, N.Y.) tied for third on the floor with a 9.75.
Shannon Carroll was fifth with a 9.7.

Cascadden took the top spot on the balance beam as well with a 9.775. West Chester swept the top three places on the beam with McFarland taking second in 9.675 and Eskew third with a 9.625.
Natalie Marshall (Bolton, Mass.) tied for fourth with a 9.575.

Eskew took the vault with a 9.725.
Lily McFarland (Baltimore, Md.) and
Kristina Rodriguez (Cincinnati, Ohio) tied for second on the vault as well. Coleman placed fifth on the vault while setting a new career-best 9.625 score.
Bridget Sullivan equaled her season and career best on the vault with a 9.575. McFarland's 9.65 that tied for second was a season-best.

On the bars, all six Golden Rams finished higher than their Ursinus counterparts. Eskew tied for first place with teammate
Jordan Coleman (Bowie, Md.) on the uneven bars to get the Golden Rams off to a great start. Each scored a 9.775. Freshman,
Hannah Shelton (Nokesville, Va.), posted a career-high in placing third with a 9.675 while
Hyla Betts (Shannock, R.I.) and
Melina Ringas (Glen Allen, Va.) tied for fourth with a 9.65 each. Rodriguez placed sixth with a 9.525.

West Chester will have a rematch with Ursinus in six days back at Sturzebecker HSC next Saturday. That meet will begin at 1 p.m.
