STROUDSBURG, Pa- The West Chester University women's track and field team wrapped up a busy weekend of competition at the DeSchriver Invitational hosted by East Stroudsburg on Sunday afternoon.
Jade Salmon (Rochester, N.Y./Gates Chili) started the day off well for West Chester on Sunday, finishing sixth in the high jump, clearing a mark of 5 feet 0 ¼ inches (1.53 meters), which narrowly missed tying her personal best.
In the pole vault,
Emily Donegan (Hershey, Pa./Hershey) headlined a trio of Golden Rams, finishing fourth with a mark of 10-4 (3.15m), while
Emma Bronowicz (Sunbury, Pa./Shikellamy) was sixth with a mark of 9-10 (3.0m), and
Haley Sambora (Exton, Pa./Great Valley) was eighth with a mark of 9-4 ¼ (2.85m).
