Women's Tennis Falls To No. 7 Lubbock Christian, 7-0

ORLANDO, FL - West Chester University's women's tennis squad was blanked by seventh-ranked Lubbock Christian University, 7-0, on Wednesday afternoon.

West Chester (1-4) took third doubles with Ashleigh Groomes (Newport, Ky./The Summit Country Day School) and Sohanna Thompson (Fairfield, Ohio/The Seven Hills School) teaming up for a 6-1 win. However, Lubbock Christian (13-1) took the other two doubles matches for the one point.

West Chester concludes its southern swing through the Sunshine State on Thursday against Morgan State.
