PHILADELPHIA, Pa.- The women's 4x100 team of
Gabrielle Curtis (Harrisburg, Pa./C.D. East),
Katja Larsen (Spring City, Pa./Owen J. Roberts), Genevieve McDonald (Elizabethtown, Pa./Elizabethtown), and Lily Palacio-Lewis (Lititz, Pa./Warwick) placed second in the Eastern section of finals with a time of 47.78 seconds, which also marks a new season-best time for the quartet.
The women's 4x100 team will also take-home silver medals and enter the conference championship with the fifth-fastest time amongst PSAC schools in the 4x100. Their time also marks the sixth fastest in school history.
West Chester will head to Shippensburg University next week for the PSAC Championships starting on Friday, May 3.
