TEMPE, Az.- The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) released its Division II men's tennis Scholar-Athlete and All-Academic team lists on Thursday morning. West Chester was well represented as five Golden Rams earned Scholar-Athlete honors, while the team received the team academic honor.
In order for teams to be eligible for All-Academic team status, they must register a GPA of 3.2 or above, while Scholar-Athletes must register a GPA of 3.5 or above for the current academic year.
Individually,
Aidan Cashin (Mount Laurel, N.J./Lenape), Andres Urrutia (Guatemala City, Guatemala/APDE Solalto HS), Cesar DeJesus-Morales (San Juan, Puerto Rico/Colegio Marista Academy), Lucas Henke (Rockwall, Tx./Rockwall-Heath), and
Billy Mills (Newtown Square, Pa/.Marple Newtown) were honored by the ITA for their efforts in the classroom and on the court for the 2023-24 academic year.
