We Are Honored

After seeing McFarland honored as GEC Specialist of the Week a week ago, West Chester earned two more GEC weekly awards this week as Caroline Cascadden was named Specialist of the Week, while EmmaGrace Kelly garnered Newcomer of the Week honors.

Making a Name Among the Giants

West Chester University, which competes at the NCAA Division II level in all other school sports, has held its own against the mostly Division I institutions that make up the Gymnastics East Conference. The Golden Rams are a combined 18-4 in head-to-head competition against GEC schools in the regular season, and West Chester has taken third place in two of the first three GEC Championships (2022, 2023).

Let’s Stay Home

Saturday is West Chester’s second home meet in as many weeks after spending the first month of the season away from home. West Chester opened its home slate with an Alumni Day sweep of SUNY-Brockport and SUNY-Cortland last weekend. West Chester will not return home again for another month as the Golden Ram's next home meet is scheduled for March 7 vs. Alaska-Anchorage beginning at 7 p.m. before the team concludes its home slate on March 14 vs. Cornell at 11 a.m.

Scouting Ursinus

Ursinus enters the weekend on the heels of a second-place finish at a Quad Meet last Sunday at Springfield alongside Rhode Island College and Ithaca.
