Men's Track and Field Finishes Ninth at PSAC Indoor Championships

BETHLEHEM, Pa.-
The West Chester University men's track and field squad was back in action on Sunday afternoon for the second and final day of the 2025 PSAC Indoor Track and Field Championships at Rauch Field House on the campus of Lehigh University. West Chester finished ninth as a team with 15 points for the week, led by five points from its DMR squad and five more points from Damian Simpson (Easton, Pa./Wilson) on Sunday afternoon.

Derrick Lukomski Pizzo (Newtown, Pa./Council Rock North) took seventh in the shot put with a mark of 51 feet 4 ¼ inches.

Josh Miller (Coatesville, Pa./Coatesville) led West Chester in the mile with a seventh-place finish in 4:23.13.

Simpson narrowly missed All-Conference honors in the 60 meters, finishing fourth with a time of 6.88 seconds.

Chase Hildebrand (Chalfont, Pa./C.B. South) finished 11th in the heptathlon with a score of 3,491, including a fifth-place in the 1000 in 2 minutes and 58.97 seconds on Saturday afternoon along with his sixth-place finishes in the 60 and 60 meter hurdles.

Chase Parkinson (West Chester, Pa./Henderson) took ninth in the triple jump with a mark of 45-3 ¾, while Billy Zane (Springfield, Pa./Springfield DELCO) was the 10th in the 800 in 1:58.58.

West Chester wrapped up its 2025 PSAC Indoor Championships with an eighth-place finish in the 4x400 relay in 3:29.10.
