Delaney Tingle and
Alexandra Cave (6-2) to trail 1-0 heading into singles play. In singles, Cave earned the lone win for West Chester, prevailing 2-6, 6-4, 6-3 in third singles, as the Golden Rams fell to the visiting Tigers 6-1.

West Virginia Wesleyan (2-9) enters play on Saturday following a 4-3 win over Shaw, which secured the team's first win of the spring and halted a seven-match losing streak, including a 7-0 loss at Slippery Rock on March 21.
Against Shaw, the Bobcats dropped the doubles point before winning four of six singles matches, including first and second singles victories by Dominique Jansen Van Vuuren and Angelique Jansen Van Vuuren. Meanwhile, Emilie Bergmann secured the clinching victory in three sets at fifth singles. Hailey Banda also posted a fourth singles victory to help lead the Bobcats to the comeback win.
