PAUL KAISER CLASSIC RESULTS
SHIPPENSBURG, PA – West Chester University sent a small contingent to the Paul Kaiser Classic hosted by Shippensburg University Saturday afternoon. The squad posted multiple accomplishments to pace the Golden Rams' effort.
In the 100 meter dash,
David Burnshaw (Garnet Valley, Pa. Garnet Valley) finished third in Heat 5 of the prelims and then finished 14th overall with a time of 11.01 seconds. Adegbite Kamaldeen placed second in his prelims heat and 23rd overall with a time of 11.14 .
In the 200 meter dash, Burnshaw won his meet and was 10th overall with a time of 22.66.
In the pole vault,
Sammy Jenkins (Malvern, Pa. Conestoga) placed 17th, clearing 14 feet, 9 inches.
West Chester returns home next weekend for the WCU Tune-Up on Friday afternoon to prepare for the PSAC Championships next month.
