SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa.- Josh Miller took third in the 10k in 31 minutes and 07.15 seconds to lead the West Chester University men's track and field team on the opening day of the 2025 PSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Slippery Rock University.
Miller's run was the second fastest time in program history and the fastest time since the program record was set in 1991. Miller earned All-Conference honors on Thursday night, finishing third and scoring six points for West Chester, leaving the Golden Rams sixth in the team standings at the end of day one.
Jason Vogt and
Luke Pikulski were also in action on Thursday night, taking 13
th and 15
th in 32:29.70 and 32:50.48, respectively.
Ben Thornton also placed 18
th in the hammer throw with a mark of 144 feet 4 inches (44.01 meters).
