SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa.- The West Chester University women's track and field squad was back in action on Thursday for the opening night of the PSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Slippery Rock University.
Amanda Marquis is 13
th after the first four events of the heptathlon with 2,309 points with her top finish being a fourth-place finish in the 200 in 25.93 seconds. Marquis took 12
th in the 100 hurdles in 16.15 seconds and 16
th in both the high jump and shot put with marks of 4 feet 4 ¼ inches (1.33m) and 24-9 ¾ (7.56m), respectively.
Zhayria Washington took 12
th in the hammer with a mark of 141-5 (43.10 meters) while
Adrianna Bryant was 15
th with a mark of 135-7 (41.33m).
