Morgan Koons (Mountain Top, Pa./Crestview), who grew up a little less than an hour from Bloomsburg University in Mountain Top, Pa., got the win in the cage for her 10th victory of the season. She was credited with six saves in 30 minutes of action. Bloomsburg's Emily Graham made three saves in the loss.
West Chester shifts its attention to undefeated and fifth-ranked East Stroudsburg (16-0, 11-0) who comes to town on Wednesday afternoon for a 4 p.m. conference tilt at Vonnie Gros Field that has shaped up to be a battle for first place in the PSAC Eastern Division. The game will serve as ESU's final contest of the regular season while West Chester will still have one more contest one week from today at home against fourth-place Shippensburg.
