A Division I transfer from Morgan State, McCray-Pace will be a welcomed addition to the Golden Rams arsenal. He started 18 of 62 games in three years at Morgan State, helping the Bears to the semifinals of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Tournament. He was a four-year starter for a Conwell-Egan Eagles High School team that won back-to-back District 12 Class AA championships (2014-15). He captured a state title in 2015 and went as far as the state quarterfinals in 2016 and also earned 2016 Bucks County Courier Times Player of the Year while being selected to the PA Sports Writers' All-State second team and first-team all-league honors during his senior season at Conwell-Egan. He finished his high school career with 1,264 points and averaged 17.1 points, 7.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists. He was the school's all-time leading scorer and four-time All-Catholic League selection upon graduation.

2019-20: Appeared in five games ... did not make a start ... scored nine points and grabbed 12 rebounds on the season ...  Scored a season-high 7 points and grabbed another season-best five rebounds against Temple on Nov. 9 ... played 15 minutes, making 3 of 4 shots from the field.

2018-19: Started in eight of 29 games ... Averaged 3.1 points, 2.2 rebounds and 8.9 minutes ... Shot 48.6 percent from the field ... Converted 17 of 34 free throws (.500) ... Had 11 assists and 10 steals ... Scored in double-figures three times ... Scored a season-high 17 points (8-8 FG) with seven rebounds and two steals in 24 minutes at Delaware State (March 2) ... He scored 12 points (4-8 FG) with season-high eight boards at Florida A&M (Jan. 28) ... Finished with 11 points (4-5 FG) in 13 minutes of action vs. Wilmington (Dec. 17) ... 

2017-18: Started in 10 of 27 games played ... Averaged 17.1 minutes per game ... Shot 37.6 percent (50-133) from the field and 40 percent (15-37) from 3-point territory ... Averaged 5.9 rebounds ... Scored in double-figures eight times ... Scored a season-high 21 points (6-6 FG) with seven rebounds and two assists in 22 minutes vs. Goldey-Beacom (Nov. 21) ...
