Jeff Rightnour went 2-0 at No. 1 singles and teamed with two different partners to go undefeated in West Chester’s two matches last week. Rightnour was instrumental in the Golden Rams’ men’s team ending a 23-match losing streak and winning for the first time since 2006. Rightnour was a straight-set winner at USP, a narrow 5-4 defeat for the Rams, as well as winning in straight sets on Saturday. His opponent retired during the second set with Rightnour up 3-0 in games. Rightnour and Matt Thomas picked up an 8-1 doubles win on Saturday, while Rightnour and Michael Ensor registered a 9-7 win at No. 2 doubles on Wednesday.
