WEST CHESTER, PA -- Steph Kienle continued her steady play, scoring eight goals and added five assists to lead West Chester to a 24-4 victory today in a PSAC semi-final contest against the visiting Red Raiders.
The Golden Rams used a tight defense and potent offense to race out to a 10-0 lead in the first 15 minutes of the game and never looked back as they cruised to the 24-4 victory. With the win, West Chester advances to the PSAC title game, looking for their fourth straight conference crown. The Golden Rams will host face Lock Haven on Saturday afternoon at 1:00pm. Lock Haven defeated Bloomsburg in the other PSAC semi-final 21-10.
The Golden Rams took a 16-2 advantage into intermission and outscored the Red Raiders 8-2 over the final 30 minutes for the 24-4 victory. Senior
Chrissy Kane had a solid performance scoring seven goals and one assist.
Jackie Baker added four goals and two assists. Joining the Kienle, Kane, and Baker in the scoring column were

West Chester improves to 17-1 overall and was ranked # 3 in the latest IWLCA Coaches Poll. The Golden Rams host Lock Haven on Saturday at 1:00pm. Admission is $7.00 for adults, $2.00 for children. PSAC member institution students are admitted free with valid school ID.
