CINCINNATI, Ohio – West Chester University baseball head coach Greg Mamula has accepted a position as assistant coach at the University of Cincinnati.
Mamula spent three seasons at West Chester, compiling an overall mark of 124-45 (.733). He was the quickest coach in WCU history to reach 100 career wins on the diamond and led the Golden Rams to the school’s first conference title in 24 years, an Atlantic Regional crown and a trip to the Division II national semifinals this past spring.
Assistant coaches John Bellaver and Mitch Heckert will still be running the Fall Instructional Showcase Camp on Oct. 17 as well as the Diamond Scramble Golf Outing on Oct. 23. Those events will go off as scheduled.
