SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – West Chester University’s men’s golf squad placed fourth at the Shepherd Invitational with a two-day total 659.
West Chester concludes the regular-season portion of its schedule with an outside shot at being selected for the NCAA Regionals next month.
Mercyhurst won the invitational with a 635. Shepherd was second with a 639.Millersville placed third with a 650. West Virginia State was fifth with a 680.
Mike Flatley tied for sixth with a two-day total of 160. Doug Brooks and Griffith Basehore each shot a 165 and Derek Glaser shot a 169.
Mercyhurst’s Tyler Bidwell won the individual title with a 148.
