Thiry Thrives On Day Two At Bucknell Open & Multi

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Tim Thiry finished second in the 500m and third in the 400m to pace West Chester University's men's indoor track & field effort at the 13th annual Bucknell Open & Multi competition inside Gerhard Fieldhouse Saturday afternoon.

Thiry ran the 500m in 1 minute, 6.49 seconds and the 400m in 57.27. Teammate Craig Espenshade was runner-up in the 400m, clocking a time of 50.95. Freshman Nick Drozd placed fifth in the 500m behind Thiry. Drozd crossed the line in 1:07.71.
