Box Score WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Matt Fioravanti (West Chester, Pa./Bishop Shanahan) scored his first collegiate goal in the 22nd minute, but it was not enough as Lock Haven defeated host West Chester, 3-1, in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference men's soccer match Wednesday afternoon at Rockwell Field.

Lock Haven (4-1-1, 3-0-0 PSAC) jumped out to an early lead with Troy Amspacher capitalizing on a penalty kick. The Golden Rams (4-3-0, 2-1-0 PSAC) immediately responded as Fioravanti found the back of the next with the assist coming from freshman
Brett Glasco (West Chester, Pa. / Rustin). Â
The Bald Eagles took command in the second half with two goals that sealed the PSAC conference win for Lock Haven.

(Bangor, Pa./Bangor) recorded six saves. Lock Haven's Jonathan Howitt (3-1) picked up the win, while also making three saves.
West Chester will travel to Bloomsburg on Saturday, Sept. 27 to take on Bloomsburg University at 5 p.m.
