Allie Duffy (Carlisle, Pa./Carlisle) added nine as host West Chester dispatched visiting Millersville, 3-0, in a PSAC women's volleyball contest inside Hollinger Field House Friday night.
West Chester (23-8, 11-8 PSAC) took the match in straight sets by scores of 25-19, 25-15 and 25-13.
Samantha Agostini (Broomall, Pa./Cardinal O'Hara) and
Marina Sharkey (Newtown Square, Pa./Archbishop Carroll) each registered seven kills.
Jillian Grammer (Center Valley, Pa./Southern Lehigh) led West Chester with 36 kills while
Nicki Yates (Coopersburg, Pa./Southern Lehigh) added 27 digs.
Tori Cruciani (Phoenixville, Pa./Pope John Paul II) recorded eight blocks in the win as well.
West Chester stays one-half game ahead of Lock Haven in the Eastern Division standings with the win. The Golden Rams, who are ranked 10th in the first NCAA Regional poll, host Shippensburg, ranked fifth in the same poll, Saturday at 1 p.m. inside Hollinger Field House.
