Box Score WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Dina Cifelli registered five points while both Ashley Pyle and Hannah Cowan posted four each to lead 16th-ranked West Chester to a 23-6 victory over visiting Edinboro Friday afternoon in a PSAC women's lacrosse game at Vonnie Gros Field.

West Chester (9-4, 7-3 PSAC) slid into a tie for fourth place with the team's season-best fourth win in a row. West Chester, Seton Hill and Bloomsburg all have three league losses, following East Stroudsburg's upset of the Huskies Friday afternoon. Edinboro (6-7, 3-7) dropped its sixth straight with the loss.

West Chester recorded 17 goals in the first half to take command of the game early, and then emptied its bench in the final 30 minutes en route to the victory. A total of 16 different players finished the game with at least one point.

Pyle posted her hat trick in the game during the first half. She also added an assist. Cifelli was one of six Golden Rams to register two goals. She added three assists in the game as well. Cowan and Sarah Dennison were the other two starters to post a pair of goals. Both of Dennison's came on free position attempts.

Kristen Vath, Olivia Martin and Carleigh MacWilliams all recorded two goals in the game as well. Caleigh Falco, Devon Dietzel and Sam Amicone each scored their first career goals. Emily Barry registered her first career point in her first start of the season on defense. She assisted on one of Cifelli's goals, sending the sophomore in all alone on a breakaway during an unsettled situation in the first half.

Paige Mitros (2-1) made eight saves in her third start of the season. She played all 60 minutes to record the win.

West Chester will host Indiana (Pa.) Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. at Vonnie Gros Field.
