No. 7 West Chester Downs Shippensburg, 16-4

WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Ashley Pyle, Hannah Cowan and Kristen Vath each registered a hat trick to lead No. 7 West Chester to a 16-4 victory over visiting Shippensburg Tuesday afternoon.

West Chester (13-1, 8-1 PSAC) moved into a tie for first place with Mercyhurst, who lost to Indiana (Pa.) on Tuesday, in the PSAC standings.

Paige Mitros made three saves for the Golden Rams.

West Chester travels to Seton Hill on Saturday.
