West Chester returned to action in a rare Wednesday night PSAC clash against Millersville. The team battled throughout the evening and had a chance to win in the late stages of each set but fell by a 3-0 (25-20, 25-23, 25-19) final. Anna Richardson (Smyrna, Del./Smyrna) led all players in kills with 11, while Zoe Haines (York, Pa./York Suburban) chipped in eight of her own and a pair of blocks. Lacie Brown (Cochranville, Pa./Avon Grove) posted another double-double with 30 assists and 10 digs while also leading the way in aces with four in the setback.

Richardson and Haines lead West Chester in kills with 189 and 183, respectively, while Brown is first on the team in assists and aces with 540 and 25. Sydney Heffner (Bath, Pa./Northampton) leads the team in digs with 267, while Brown is second with 146. Nicole Dimiris (Hockessin, Del./Saint Mark’s) leads the team in blocks with 42.
Home Sweet Home
Saturday is officially the final game of the Golden Ram's four-game homestand, but West Chester will return home next weekend for two more home matchups against Lock Haven and Bloomsburg.

Saturday is Homecoming in West Chester and will also serve as Alumni Day for the Golden Rams. Fans are encouraged to allow extra time traveling to the match on Saturday as heavy traffic is expected throughout the day.
Series History
West Chester is 3-0 vs. Queens dating back to 2005. Saturday will be the Knights' first visit to Hollinger, as all three previous meetings have been at a neutral site.
Scouting Queens
Queens enters the weekend with a record of 16-6 on the year after winning eight of its last nine, including a 3-0 victory over Molloy on Thursday night in ECC action. On Thursday night, Queens found itself locked in a good match against Molloy but found a way in each set, winning by a 3-0 (25-17, 25-22, 25-15) final to win in straight sets for the fourth time in the last nine matches. The Knights hit .296 in the victory, led by rookie Madi Hathaway, who hit a blistering .579 and registered a match-high 13 kills in the victory. Sarah Munn led the team in aces with four and digs with eight, while Despina Boudoris led the way in assists with 30.
Against PSAC competition, Queens is 0-2 on the year following losses to East Stroudsburg and Pitt-Johnstown by 3-1 final scores earlier in September.
Kendall Conrad, who finished the victory on Thursday with nine kills, leads the team in kills on the year with 221, while Hathaway is second with 179 of her own. Boudoris leads the team with 533 assists, and Hathaway is second with 235 while also leading the team in aces with 33 as she is in the midst of a tremendous rookie season. Sarah Munn leads the team in digs with 392, while the duo of Jonaida Donowa and Lindsay Osterhoudt are first and second in blocks with 58 and 56, respectively.
