GOLDEN RAMS RETURN HOME FOR ONE LAST GAME ON SENIOR DAY
• West Chester (3-5, 3-2) returns to the friendly confines now known as Tomlinson-Fillippo Field at John A. Farrell Stadium Saturday for an Eastern Division showdown with Lock Haven .
• West Chester is coming off a stellar second half performance from junior QB Cooper Jordan on Homecoming last Saturday against Millersville that handed the Golden Rams a 41-23 victory. Lock Haven gave East Stroudsburg all it could handle last week in a 38-35 setback on the road in the Poconos.
• Today is Senior Day at West Chester where the Golden Rams' football team will honor its 14 graduating seniors, along with 48 members of the INCOMPARABLE Golden Rams Marching Band and five cheerleaders. They will be recognized in a pre-game ceremony as is customary on the final home game of each football season.
• At halftime, West Chester will also recognize five former Golden Rams who will be inducted into the Killinger Foundation Football Hall of Fame in the spring. Dennis Ianovale ('75), Doug Jacob ('83), Lou Berman ('91), Sam Scott ('10) and Sean McCartney ('14) will all be honored at the beginning of halftime.

COOPER JORDAN NAMED CO-OFFENSIVE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK IN THE EAST
• West Chester University Jr., QB Cooper Jordan was named the Co-Offensive Athlete of the Week in the Eastern Division by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Monday for the second time in three weeks. West Chester topped Millersville, 41-23, thanks in large part to Jordan's career day.

Jordan rushed for a career-high 218 yards and two touchdowns while also throwing for 131 yards and three more scores to lead West Chester to a 41-23 victory over visiting Millersville on Homecoming Saturday afternoon. Jordan threw a 36-yard TD pass and a 47-yard TD pass in the third quarter and then added a 47-yard scamper and a 60-yard scamper in the fourth to account for all 28 second-half points and break open a tight 13-3 ballgame.

In all, Jordan was responsible for five touchdowns in the game and amassed 349 yards of total offense. He became the first QB in West Chester history to rush for more than 200 yards in a game, and his 218 rushing yards in a game is the most by a quarterback in Division II this fall. It is also the single-game high in the PSAC for any rusher.

JORDAN APPROACHES THE 1,000 YARD MARK
• Jordan's 218 rushing yards against Millersville is tied for the 17th-best single game effort in West Chester history. He is 178 rushing yards away from becoming the first QB in school history to rush for 1,000 yards in a single season. He would also become the first person at WCU to eclipse 1,000 yards in a single season since Jarel Elder in 2017.

The local product averages 102 rushing yards per game. He ranks second in the PSAC in rushing yards, touchdown rushes and averages yards per game. His 7.0 average yards per rush leads the conference.

KILLINGER FOUNDATION FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME WELCOMES FIVE MORE
The Dr. W. Glenn Killinger Football Foundation Hall of Fame announced five former Golden Rams will be inducted as part of its 2024 hall of fame class. Dennis Ianovale ('75), Doug Jacob ('83), Lou Berman ('91), Sam Scott ('10) and Sean McCartney ('14) will be introduced to the Senior Day crowd at Tomlinson-Fillippo Field at John A Farrell Stadium on Saturday with the banquet ceremony scheduled for the spring semester.

All five members will be on hand at West Chester's final home game of the season Saturday against Lock Haven University at 12 p.m. They will be recognized at halftime in a brief ceremony.

DENNIS IANOVALE – '75
A three-year starter at defensive back for the Golden Rams, Ianovale earned second team All-PSAC honors his senior season in 1973. He helped lead West Chester to the PSAC Championship Game that season after a perfect 4-0 conference slate. The Golden Rams dropped that championship game to Slippery Rock, but advanced to the Central Florida Classic and a date with Bethune Cookman. After graduation, Ianovale spent two years in NFL camps with the Washington Redskins (1974) and the New York Giants (1975).

DOUG  JACOB – '83
A four-year letterwinner at nose guard for the Golden Rams, Jacob was a two-time all-conference selection taking second team honors in 1982 and first team plaudits in 1983. Jacob still ranks third all-time at the school in sacks with 21.5 while showing sixth all-time in tackles with 348. His 123 stops in 1981 led the squad and is still among the Top 10 single-season totals in school history. His 211 unassisted tackles in a career is tied for fourth on the school's books.

LOU BERMAN – '91
A four-year letterwinner along the defensive line for the Golden Rams, Berman was a two-time all-conference selection taking first team accolades in 1989 and second team plaudits in 1991. He was also a first team All-ECAC pick in both 1990 and 1991. He currently holds the school record with four sacks in a game. He led the Golden Rams in tackles for a loss with eight his senior season.

After graduation, Berman spent time in the NFL camps of both Tampa Bay and Los Angeles Raiders. He is also president of Louie's Voice Charity, a non-profit organization he started in 2011. Louie's Voice supports families with people who have autism. They've donated over $500,000 in goods and services since its inception.

SAM SCOTT – '10
A four-year letterwinner at linebacker for the Golden Rams, Sam Scott was a two-time, first team all-conference selection in 2008 and 2009 while also taking home first team All-ECAC honors as well. In 2009, Scott was named honorable mention All-America by D2Football.com and went on to be the defensive MVP in the Cactus Bowl – a senior all-star game for non-Division I football players. He set a new Cactus Bowl record with 14 tackles in that game. Twice, he led the team in tackles for a loss and finished among the Top 10 all-time in school history in that category. The two-sport athlete at West Chester University was also a four-year letterwinner on the basketball team in the winter.

After graduation, Scott had NFL tryouts with three different teams before embarking on a five-year professional career in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He also played a season in the Arena Football League with the Philadelphia Soul. After his playing career ended, Scott returned to his alma mater as an assistant coach, before moving on to Temple University as an assistant.

SEAN McCARTNEY – '14
A four-year letterwinner at quarterback for the Golden Rams, McCartney is one of the all-time leading passers in West Chester history. He is second in passing yards (9,595) and touchdowns (92) making him one of only two players in school history with over 9,000 yards passing and over 90 TDs. He still owns three school records and was the 2014 PSAC East Offensive Player of the Year, ECAC Co-Offensive Player of the Year and a finalist for the Harlon Hill Trophy – handed out to the top player in Division II. A consensus All-American in 2014, McCartney led West Chester to the NCAA Division II Semifinals in 2013.

LAST TIME vs. LOCK HAVEN (Oct. 28, 2023 – LOCK HAVEN, Pa.)
• Dayshawn Jacobs rushed for 112 yards and three touchdowns as visiting West Chester put together a solid fourth quarter en route to a 42-27 victory over host Lock Haven at Hubert Jack Stadium.

Jacobs' 112 yards was the first 100-yard effort by a running back in a game this season for West Chester (5-4, 3-3 PSAC East). Lock Haven (4-5, 2-4) was held to just 10 points after halftime in the loss. Jacobs scored on runs of 7 yards and 5 yards in the fourth quarter as the Golden Rams ran a combined 15 plays and killed a little over eight minutes of the frame on the two drives. That alone left the Bald Eagles with little time to do anything offensively in the final 15.
