LOCK HAVEN, PA – West Chester University had four of its football players named to the 2025 All-PSAC East squad it was announced by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Wednesday afternoon.
Senior LB,
Connor Noble (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown East), was the only first-team honoree earning that distinction for the third straight season. Defensive back,
Maurice Beverly (Philadelphia, Pa./Imhotep Charter) was the only other defensive player honored by the conference while wide-receiver
Matthew Iuvara (Haddon Heights, N.J./Haddon Heights) and place-kicker,
Rylan Zuk (Telford, Pa./Souderton) received offensive second-team plaudits.
Noble led the Golden Rams with 101 tackles on the season, eclipsing the century mark for the third straight campaign. He finished his college career seventh on the school's all-time tackles list with 324 stops. His 211 solo tackles ranked third all-time at West Chester as well. He posted a season-high 16 tackles in a loss to East Stroudsburg and had 12 tackles against Seton Hill. Noble concluded the 2025 season with 11 stops against Assumption. In addition to his 101 tackles, the local product also recorded five tackles for a loss, forced one fumble, had one interception and was credited with three QB hurries. He also broke up three passes in addition to his INT.
Beverly finished the year with 39 total tackles, including 2.5 for a loss and one sack. He was credited with four pass breakups and also intercepted one pass. He also forced a fumble. Beverly is making his first appearance on an all-league team with his second-team nod this fall.
Iuvara burst onto the scene in dramatic fashion by catching a touchdown pass in his first three games as a Golden Rams receiver and four of his first five overall. He quickly became a favorite target of starting quarterback,
Cooper Jordan (Downingtown, Pa./Bishop Shanahan) and anybody else taking snaps under center. Iuvara finished eighth in the conference in receiving yards with 694 and tied for fourth in TD receptions with eight. The transfer from Monmouth was one of the bright spots offensively for the Golden Rams for sure.
Zuk turned in a consistent fall campaign as well for the Golden Rams. He handled all place-kicking duties in West Chester's 11 games. He was 8-for-12 (66.7%) on the year, including 3-for-3 from between 30 and 39 yards. He was a combined 7-for-8 from under 39 yards. He kicked a season-long 47-yard field goal.
