YORK, Pa.- The West Chester University men's swimming team extended its lead atop the team standings to 705 points, entering the fourth and final day of the 2025 PSAC Championships on Thursday.
West Chester opened its Wednesday night with a victory in the 200 medley relay in 1:28.29.
Paul Demesy (Saint Ulrich, France) finished first in the 500 free in 4:25.23, while
Danny Dunigan (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) and
Kolos Nagy (Szazhalombatta, Hungary) took second and third in 4:27.36 and 4:29.50.
Dalton Fink () took first in the 100 back in 48.93 seconds.
Nolan Benner (Green Lane, Pa./Boyertown) finished third in the 100 breaststroke in 55.56 seconds, while
Kai Hang (Pennsburg, Pa./Upper Perkiomen) was fifth in 56.08 seconds.
Ben Desclous (Hagerstown, Md./North Hagerstown) took third in the 200 fly in 1:49.82, while
Joel Dunnigan (York, Pa./Dallastown) took fifth in 1:50.46.
West Chester will look to wrap up its 37
th PSAC Championship and 26
th in 27 years on Thursday when prelims begin at 10 a.m., followed by finals at 5 p.m.
