Women's Swimming Extends Lead on Day Three of 2025 PSAC Championships

The West Chester University women's swimming team extended its lead atop the PSAC Swimming Championships leaderboard on day three of the Championships on Wednesday night, finishing the evening session with 1,031 points.

Dani Stewart (Dover, Del./Caesar Rodney) finished first in the 500 free in 5 minutes and 00.81 seconds.

Ditta Kowalik (State College, Pa./State College) took fifth in the 500 free in 5:06.49.

Anna Evans (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) placed second in the 100 backstroke in 57.06 seconds.

Madelyn Koehle (State College, Pa./State College) led West Chester in the 100 breaststroke, placing second in 1:04.24, while Bella Kil (Enola, Pa./East Pennsboro) took third in 1:04.58. Molly Hubal (Archbald, Pa./Valley View) took fourth in this event in 1:04.59.

Susana Ungo Quero (Madrid, Spain) took second in the 200 butterfly in 2:02.10

West Chester took third in the 200-medley relay as the quartet of Evans, Koehle, Ungo Quero, and Sam Trumble (Dallastown, Pa./Dallastown) touched the wall in 1:44.62.

West Chester will look to wrap up its 22nd team Championship in 18th in 19 seasons on Thursday when Prelims begin at 10 a.m. with finals to follow at 5 p.m.
