Saville Earns Honorable Mention All-America Honors in 1650 Freestyle

2026 NCAA D2 Swimming & Diving Complete Results

EVANSVILLE, IND
– West Chester University freshman Greta Saville (Mordialloc, Australia) placed 11th overall in the 1650-yard freestyle Saturday evening on the final day of competition at the 2026 NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving Championships inside the Deaconess Aquatic Center.

Saville swam the mile in 17 minutes, 4.38 seconds to conclude her first appearance at nationals in her first year in college. She placed 24th in the 500 and 20th in the 1000 earlier in the week. Saturday's All-America certificate was the first of what should be a very impressive college career.

Senior Lenya Ryan (Wilmington, Del./Mt. Pleasant) finished tied for 23rd in the 200 Breaststroke in her final college swim. She posted a time of 2:18.04 in the morning prelims of the 200 breast. Ryan caps a college career that saw her qualify for the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships twice (2024, 2026). She swam five times at nationals, swimming the 200 individual medley and 200 breaststoke in 2024. Ryan earned an honorable mention All-America certificate in the 200 breast by finishing 15th overall. She qualified in the 400 IM, but did not enter that event due to illness. This winter, Ryan swam all three of those events finishing 23rd in both the 400 IM and 200 breast while finishing 27th in the 200 IM.

Nova Southeastern won its fourth straight team title with 486 points. University of Tampa was runner-up with 424.5 points.
