CLARION, Pa.- The West Chester University men's diving team was back in action on Friday night for the opening night of the Pennsylvania Division II Diving Invitational at PennWest-Clarion.
Boden Burkhart (Walnutport, Pa./Northampton) led West Cheser on the one-meter board with a six-dive score of 249.6, which was good enough to place fourth.
Tyler Czeiner (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone) was sixth with a score of 233.2, while
Dominick Horning (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock) and Michael Finlaw (Warrington, Pa./C.B. South) were eighth and ninth with scores of 203.95 and 191.3, respectively.
On the three-meter board, Czeiner led West Chester in the 11-dive competition with a fourth-place finish with a score of 237.85, while Burkhart, Finlaw and Horning took fifth through seventh with scores of 227.85, 168.45, and 157.40, respectively.
Czeiner also led the quarter on the six-dive event, finishing sixth with a score of 237.85, while Burkhart, Finlaw, and Horning took seventh through ninth with scores of 227.85, 158.45, and 157.4, respectively.
