Paul-Arthur Roth (Virginia Beach, Va./Frank W. Cox) earned Co-Athlete of the Week honors after winning his first Tournament on Tuesday at the King University Invitational.
Roth captured his first collegiate Tournament title with a bogey-free round of 65 on Tuesday afternoon in the second round of the King University Invitational to climb from sixth at two-under after day one to first at -7 (68, 65; 133) on day two. In his second round on Tuesday, Roth carded birdies on the par-four first, par-four fifth, par-three eighth, and par-five ninth to turn at four-under before carding a final birdie on the par-five 14
th as he climbed five spots to earn his first individual crown.
West Chester will be back in action next week at the Sunnehanna Collegiate at Sunnehanna Country Club in Johnstown.
