West Chester is in search of its fourth straight conference title, which would make it a four-year sweep for this year's senior class. WCU's senior class enters the PSAC Tournament with an unblemished record of 6-0. The Golden Rams have won 27 PSAC Championships overall. Golden Rams' head coach
Ginny Martino is looking for her 17th title as leader of the purple & gold.
Â
West Chester has only missed the tournament five times since its inception in 1979. Martino has only missed the tournament once in her career on the sideline (2000). This is West Chester's 25th straight campaign in the conference tournament and first time since 2022 that the Golden Rams will play in the quarterfinal round. West Chester is an astounding 51-10 all-time in the PSAC Tournament.
Â
The eventual PSAC Tournament Champion earns an automatic bid to the 2026 NCAA Division II Women's Lacrosse Tournament. The selection show for that tournament will be Sunday, May 3 on NCAA.com.
