Hanna Lignell (Gothenburg, Sweden/Kitas Gymnasium) earned Co-Athlete of the Week honors after an excellent two-day performance at the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational at Penn Oaks.
Lignell finished second on the individual leaderboard at +10 (78, 76) to help lead West Chester to the team title at the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational at Penn Oaks on Tuesday afternoon. Lignell finished just three strokes back of Gabriela Aya from Division I New Haven and helped West Chester card a two-day score of 635 (323, 312) to capture the Cottrell Invitational crown once again.
West Chester will be back in action on April 22 at the PSAC Women's Golf Championships at Berkleigh Golf Club.
