LOCK HAVEN, PA – The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) announced its Spring Academic All-Conference Teams for 2026 and 22 Golden Rams student-athletes were included on the list.
In its inaugural year, the awards program was created to increase academic recognition for high-achieving student-athletes – which was a priority for the Conference's membership highlighted in
its most recent Strategic Plan. The Academic All-Conference teams have been adopted with the following requirements:
- Undergraduate and Graduate Student-Athletes must have completed four semesters academically at the nominating campus with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale). For the purposes of PSAC Academic All-Conference, completed semesters and GPAs are calculated at the beginning of each season using the previous completed semester (Fall 2025).
- Student-athletes must have met a minimum of participation requirements. For team sport selections, this includes playing in 70% of a team's contests (through the conference championship date.) For individual sports, there are unique participation requirements that are detailed in this document.
Recognition is based solely on meeting the above criteria.
In total, 382 student-athletes across all 17 PSAC institutions qualified for the Spring 2026 PSAC Academic All-Conference Teams.
