WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The West Chester University women's volleyball team (5-6) is set to jump into PSAC East play this weekend with a visit to PSAC East preseason favorite Shippensburg (7-4) scheduled for Friday at 6 p.m. before the Golden Rams return home to host Millersville (2-5) on Saturday at 1 p.m.

Five Things to Know
- West Chester enters play on Friday night following a 3-2 loss at Pace on Tuesday, which saw West Chester win the first and third sets by 25-10 and 25-13 finals but drop the second, fourth, and fifth sets (25-19, 27-25, 15-11) to fall to the Setters. Maeve Gallagher (Pottstown, Pa./Pope John Paul II) led West Chester in kills on Tuesday night with 16, while Anna Richardson (Smyrna, Del./Smyrna) added 13. Ada Koksal (Istanbul, Turkey/Terakki) led the Golden Rams in assists with 41 and aces with four.
- CeCe Isenberg (Berwick, Pa./Berwick) regained the team lead in kills on Tuesday night and now has 103 on the season, followed by Gwen Atkins (Morristown, N.J./Morristown) with 102. Atkins is also second in aces with 16, trailing only Brooke Forester (Langhorne, Pa./Conwell-Egan) with 23. Koksal leads the Golden Rams in assists with 233, while Hailey Atkins (Morristown, N.J./Morristown) is first in digs with 140. Julia Kwitchoff (Niagara Falls, N.Y./Niagara Wheatfield) is first in blocks with 39.
- Shippensburg returns home on Friday night for its first home match of the campaign after starting the year 7-4, including a 3-0 win at West Liberty on Saturday to finish off a 2-2 weekend in West Virginia last weekend. Hailey Cappleman leads the Raiders in kills (87), blocks (35), and aces (20), while Jaiden Anderson leads in assists with 225 and ranks second in digs with 99, trailing Shay Kolivoski with 196. Kolivoski is second in aces with 20.
- Entering the weekend at 2-5 on the year after a dominant 3-0 win over Lincoln in Pucillo Gymnasium on Tuesday night, Millersville will start PSAC East play at home against Shepherd on Friday before visiting WCU on Saturday. Sam White leads Millersville in kills with 37 and is third in blocks with seven, while Hailey Lazur leads the Marauders in blocks with 16. Addison Reustle is first on the team in assists with 108, while Becca Hartranft leads the team in digs with 63. Julia Chunta is first in aces with nine, followed by Amanda Protzman with seven.
- Shippensburg holds a 61-28 lead in the all-time series against West Chester after a sweep of the Golden Rams last fall. West Chester remains in search of its first win at Shippensburg since a 3-0 win in Heiges in October 2015. Conversely, West Chester improved to 37-33 against Millersville last fall with a pair of dominant wins over the Marauders. West Chester is 26-9 against Millersville since 2007 and 7-3 in the last 10 meetings.
