Jaden Howard (Townsend, Del./Middletown) earned Defensive Athlete of the Week honors after a 10-save shutout against Bloomsburg on Saturday.
Howard made 10 saves against Bloomsburg on Saturday afternoon to pick up his second win and shutout in three PSAC East starts as the Golden Rams held off the Huskies for a home opener victory. Howard also made a pair of saves in a 2-1 road loss on Wednesday night at PSAC East rival Millersville.
West Chester will be back in action on Wednesday afternoon at home against East Stroudsburg beginning at 3 p.m.
