- West Chester returns to the court on Tuesday following a 3-0 win over Millersville on Saturday afternoon in the Golden Rams' first home match since August 29th. On Saturday, Gwen Welsh (Morristown, N.J./Morristown) led the team in kills with 13 as the Golden Rams held off the Marauders with a 26-24 victory in the first set, along with 25-19 and 25-23 victories in the second and third sets. Elianna Freeman (Jersey Village, Tx./Jersey Village) led West Chester in aces and digs with two aces and 10 digs, while Ada Koksal (Istanbul, Turkey/Terakki) led the team in assists with 26.
- With her 13 kills on Saturday, Atkins now leads the team in kills with 126, while also ranking third in aces with 17 after closing out the match with an ace. Anna Richardson (Smyrna, Del./Smyrna) is second in kills with 114. Koksal is first on the team in assists with 290, while Hailey Atkins (Morristown, N.J./Morristown) is first in digs with 158. Julia Kwitchoff (Niagara Falls, N.Y./Niagara Wheatfield) is first in blocks with 44.
- Monroe enters play on Tuesday 3-2 in its last five matches, including a 3-0 (25-17, 25-14, 25-14) win over Georgian Court on Saturday, which halted a three-match losing streak. Adriana Garcia is first on the team in kills with 80, while Mileyshha Melendez is first on the squad in assists with 162. Emma Dedushaj is first in digs with 84, while Alisha Pereira Rodriguez-Wells is first in aces with 21. Liliana Barbierikova is first in blocks with 32, followed by Thais Chantal Cocly Vasquez with 19.
- West Chester will face Monroe for the first time in program history on Tuesday night in Hollinger. The Mustangs are one of three first-time opponents for West Chester this fall, as the Golden Rams faced Belmont-Abbey for the first time in school history earlier in September and will face Lackawanna for the first time this weekend.
- Tuesday night's match has been designated as Homecoming Night in Hollinger Field House and is the second of two home events on campus on Tuesday as West Chester field hockey will host East Stroudsburg earlier in the day on Tuesday.
