WEST CHESTER, Pa. - West Chester University knocked off visiting University of the Sciences of Philadelphia (USP), 3-0, Tuesday evening in a non-league women's volleyball match inside Hollinger Field House.
West Chester (13-10) ended its two-game slide with the 25-17, 25-15, 25-11 victory over USP (6-8).
Freshman Lexi Kegerise registered nine kills while Michelle Powers, Kelly Martin and Ashley Focht each chipped in five apiece. Helen Fitzpatrick recorded 20 assists and 12 digs in the victory. Martin contributed six blocks, and Kyra Yost posted five service aces as well.
West Chester will host Shippensburg on Friday at 7 p.m.
